Parkwood Elementary is thrilled to announce the launch of our exciting new 80/20 Two-Way Dual Language Immersion Program. This innovative program offers students the unique opportunity to become bilingual and bi-literate in both English and Spanish.
What is 80/20 Two-Way Immersion?
In our program, students will receive approximately 80% of their instruction in Spanish and 20% in English.

Who is eligible?
The application process is open to all incoming Kindergarten students for 2026-2027. We will have two Dual Language Immersion classrooms. The best candidates for this program are those who will remain with Parkwood Elementary School for K-5th grade.

Please try to complete this application by April 3, 2026 It’s possible candidates completing the application after April 3rd will be placed on a waiting list; however the application will remain open until June 2026.
